There's a few tips for your eye exercises:
- Move your eyeball up by looking at ceiling and bring it down and look at floor. Do this ten times. Blink fast to give rest to eyes.
- Make circles with eyes in clockwise and anti-clockwise manner. Do it for 5 times.
- Cup the eyes with palm for a minute and then slowly open and stare in darkness.
- Never put salt in your eyes.
- Never look into the sun directly or with a telescope.
- Never put sharp objects in your eyes.
- Never rub your eyes too much.
Later, we went to Syuen Hotel and joined a health talk. There were 2 lecturer specialist in kidneys & heart. Both of them came from Singapore's Top Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hospital. The talk is sponsored by their company, Parkway Health. The talk was almost 3 hours, and ended at 2.00 pm.Through this talk, Leos were given chance to more understand their health situation, latest medical & prevention.
